Four Smokes was born the way the best Southern stories always are – around family, fire, and recipes whispered from one generation to the next.
What started as a humble BBQ food truck, fueled by long nights, hard work, and a whole lot of love, slowly became something bigger. Smoke rolled in, word spread fast, and before long, that little truck turned into a dream worth chasing. Today, that dream lives on as our full-service home at Ocala Paddock Market.

At heart, we’re a Georgia family through and through – raised on real Southern hospitality, where everyone’s welcome, conversations run long, and the table is always full. We’re Georgia-born and Southern at heart, bringing true hospitality and slow-smoked tradition from our family to the Horse Capital of the World.

Every recipe we serve is family-made and family-tested – slow-smoked, scratch-crafted, and cooked the only way we know how: with patience, pride, and respect for tradition. From our fall-off-the-bone ribs to our famous mac & cheese, every bite carries a piece of where we came from.
